Building the Legos are fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're into both video games and LEGO, then this is a pretty good package if you can get it on sale. You don't really need to buy add-ons if you're worried about the base campaign, but the level packs they sell are pretty cool as well.

Loads of Fun!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the starter pack for my son as a Christmas gift. I ended up buying one for myself as well. I must say it is a whole lot of fun! So much to do in each of the Adventure Worlds! I've played the game for several hours and still look forward to the many things left to do. I like it so much I've collected everything except for the Back to the Future Level Pack, Marceline, and Super girl. Before it's all said and done I probably will put hundreds of hours into the game. I recommend to anyone who is a fan of Lego games.

A Fun Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The drawback of the toys to life games is the never-ending money pit that comes from purchasing all of the figures, etc. Lego has made things slightly more confusing with the fun packs, level packs, etc. That said, the game itself is fun to play. To keep your expenses down, you will have to wait for sales or limit how many of the items you purchase.

Great fun to play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LEGO Dimensions was a great idea. The concept of using characters from multiple universes without boundaries provides tons of entertainment based on those characters' unique skills and abilities. Be prepared, you might think the base needs to be assembled before use, but it doesn't. Part of the fun is how interactive it is, so instructions for various items that need to be assembled in real life are included at various stages of the game. Once installed and updated, it's ready to play!

Great but Expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is fun but beware in order to get a complete experience you will have to buy A LOT of packs. It requires more character than are provided to complete certain things. Also some of the character disks might not work so check them before building everything. I had to destroy everything I built before having to exchange a defected disk.

Batman riding The Mystery Machine in Hill Valley
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While not as open as Lego Marvel, Dimensions still offers a lot of versatility. The game itself can easily be beaten with the three characters included in the bundle, but playing as all of the other characters is so much fun.

LEGO DIMENSIONS!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gotta say, this is much better than Skylanders and Amiibo! You build these things and get to use them while you play! I'm a full fledged adult and I very much enjoy the system of these games. Recommended for EVERYONE!!

Innovative Technology
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Similar to previous products released by Disney and activision, this entry into the 'toys to life' market allows users to play with Lego products in the virtual world. Great IP's used, hope they add more into the future.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my son for a Christmas gift. He loves it. It combines his love of Legos and the PlayStation...what more can you ask for? It also gives the option to play with a friend, using the same portal.

Lego fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having a lot of fun with the kids playing this game. You get to build your characters and their vehicles which is cool and then bring them to life in game. A lot of fun and very entertaining and with Lego making more expansion packs you won't have to but another starter pack for awhile which is a huge plus!

lots of pieces
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my nephew 10. He put it together and has a bag of extra pieces as for the game he has only played it a couple of times. He says he likes it but when compared to amount of time he plays disney infinity I think he is having more fun putting the pieces together than playing the game.

Excellent game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game has excellent level design. It even creates a mini game depending on where you have the figures on the toypad. The one weakness is storyline, but references and jokes make up for that.

Great Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great game for the family. More involved than a regular lego game, and takes some time to set up because you have to build the pieces, but once started it is a lot of fun.

Good game, hard to work with platform
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, I bought this game to play with my 10yr old brother when he comes over to my house. He loves Lego's and was excited to play the game. The problem we had though was during the set up. Some of the character platforms would not read when we set them on the portal platform. Then the game crashed while we were going through the intro and the placement of the characters. I felt like this game caused more annoyance than it was worth and my brother grew tired of it by the time we made it through the beginning. When I played again by myself it went a bit smoother but I still feel that a game designed for younger kids should work within their attention span and ability to interact. I blame the platform/portal/thing for the majority of the problems we faced with this product though.

nice twist
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was afraid this would be just like the competitors, but they added a lot more interaction with the toys. Only down side to this is having the cord across the room while playing
