I got this for my son and daughter. I like it because of the packs are unisex and they both enjoy it. Only draw back is the kids like to disassemble the portal and so I have to rebuild on a regular basis.

This made me rejoice in so much glee that I woke up in the recovery room at downtown hospital. 11/10 would have cardiac arrest again. <3

I love the concept although my son immediately figured out that he didn't really have to build anything to play the game -- I was hoping for a compromise that would make both of us happy. He received the game for his 10th birthday and while he has lots of experience with Minecraft, etc. he hasn't played many of these adventure-type games and often gets frustrated when he can't figure out the exact sequence to advance. I often see him resort to online videos to move past challenging levels. That said, it seems like a fun game if you are a good match and have the patience.

I bought this for my son as a gift for his 6th birthday! He loves Legos and loves this gaming system. He is excited to collect more pieces. I was able to also price match for the better deal offered at Walmart without an issue and able to also use my Best Buy points for additional savings! I am all in all very satisfied with my purchase!

I was looking for a hard to find gift for a certain child. This one definitely fit the bill. Best price and ample availability

I am impressed with this new idea and my boys are having a blast playing with the different characters on and off the screen.

If you enjoyed LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, you'll enjoy this. This covers the Marvel Cinematic Universe, not just the comics.

Very fun game. The use of the portal pad is unique since you need to swap characters in and out between different sections.

My son was able to use it right out of the box without much direction and delighted by the interaction with his Xbox game

My daughter had gotten tired of Disney Infinity and was looking for a new game that she could continually add characters and levels to. She loves mixing characters you wouldn't normally find together. Adding new level packs is like having a whole new game to play. Building the sets is an added bonus of fun.

I love using Legos to improve game experience. Multiple configurations for the pieces only makes the game more versatile.

The kids really like it. Add on sets can be very expensive. But it's worth it if you can get the starter set on sale (got ours for $24). Good buy if you're into Legos.

I am a big fan of LEGO and i purchased this game on sale mainly to collect the figures and pieces but my nephew got ahold of it. so we sat down, tried it out and I love it! great game to play alongside him or even by yourself. its fun, involving and great how they integrate all the different legos and expansions!

...have the time and money. The foray by Lego into the toys-to-life genre is worthy of a try. So many possibilities and the playability can go on for a long time. But it may be costly if you try to collect and play all of the characters. The good news, however, is the prices are dropping for the packs.

Fun game for all ages! If you love LEGO blocks and LEGO games then this game is perfect for you for it is an ultimate combination of both! So much to do to keep anyone busy for hours, days, weeks or months! Love to collect the characters, build them and unlock the different worlds.

I like that you can expand the game at not a huge cost. My daughter loves the game and has a pretty big universe.

The kids love this, and once it went on sale it was a no brainer. Not only do you have the fun of lego, but there are in game building tutorials. I can't wait to get some of the add on packs for my nephews. If you like the original lego games and built with legos as a kid .. or adult.. this is for you.
