This game is an absolute blast to play! I originally played this on the Nintendo DS, and remember some parts of it being infuriating. I am here to tell you that this is a completely different game! Fans of the books AND movies will appreciate this, even folks that think that they've outgrown the series. While playing this, I had such joy for much of it, and was happy to share that joy with others while streaming on Twitch! There are only a few things, thus far, that keep me from giving it a 5 (though MAN its so close!) The game crashed the first time I played it, but that has NOT happened again since, so i'm writing it off as a fluke. The other part that can be kinda infuriating is trying to trigger the spell that you want on the item that you want every time. SO MANY SPELLS/ACTIONS require you to use the same button, and although you think that you're casting "Wingardium Leviosa" on a certain object, another one responds OR something else happens entirely (or, you're trying to use the Triangle button to use one of the vehicles and you end up trading characters- which is ALSO what the triangle button does). For the most part, though, its not THAT hard to strugglebus through those difficulties. The gameplay is refreshingly easy most of the time, so its fun just to sit back, relax and explore Hogwarts again and again. The game has high replayability for me, as a completionist, once I finish the game and unlock all of the spells/enchantments/powers that each character has to offer, I can then replay the whole game and get all of the extras I couldn't get the first time. SO Fun, delightful and refreshing!

Its Harry Potter, its cheap. Plenty to do to keep you busy

My kids are addicted to this game and it's nice having one case for both discs. They lost their former copies for PS3 so this has been a life saver. Also these are the only game I have 100% on because I couldn't stop playing.

Good Game I was happy to get for me my Younger sister we had these two Games separately on the PlayStation 3 and we got it again on ps4 collection so we could play it on our ps5 because we upgraded to PS5 and we love the game so much!!!!

Truly a modern masterpiece. I played this back in the day and this still holds up to modern times. It tells a classic tale, with all the fun that the Lego can games offer. Truly brings me back. I hope one day, this would be the industry standard for all games.

For all Harry Potter fans, I think this is the best that any Harry Potter game gets. There were some EA Harry Potter games before that were based realistically, but they were kind of pathetic excuses. This game is far more faithful to the books/movies, and despite lack of voice acting, it has a lot of charm. Fans of the series will love the ability to plop into the LEGO-ized Harry Potter world and just play through the story seeing it unfold before you. It's been awhile since I revisited the series, but this was a nice way to step back into it.

2 games for $20!? That is a ateal of a deal! Kids love playing and i have enjoyed it too.

The LEGO video games are all very dear to me. Harry Potter, in particular, holds a place in my heart, because it allows me to relieve my time as a fan of the franchise while I play an incredible game. When I bought this remastered version I shared it with my children, and they immediately took it over and played it all over again. They didn't even wait for me to join. I couldn't recommend it more. I just hope they do the same for LEGO Star Wars.

The game is fun and lighthearted, it's a nice easy paced game as well. I love Harry Potter, and the lego Harry Potter games are pretty funny ways to interact with a series I enjoy so much. The levels are not super difficult though, and although I appreciate that all 7 books are incorporated into the game, we will be done with the game fairly quickly. All in all though, a good easy play when you want to unwind.

I've never seen the movies nor read the books. I really have no desire to, but I love the LEGO games and this was a great deal so I picked it up to play with the wife. I'm really enjoying it thus far. Not really sure what's going on in parts because it's the old-school LEGO game style where the characters don't speak, but I'm enjoying the gameplay. Definitely worth a playthrough. Tons of content!

Honestly, it's really fun and amazing to experience all the Harry Potter movies in the lego form. As a huge Harry Potter fan, I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend loves playing on his ps4 and he wanted me to play with him so we got an easier game that I would enjoy playing with him that’s not very complicated. You have to figure a lot by yourself but it’s really fun! You can go back in the story once you collected specific characters so it lasts a while

If you've enjoyed these on the PS3 or X360 then you won't get any complaints here. HOWEVER, the glitches from the original games are still present in this version as well so make backup saves or risk starting all over again if you're a trophy hunter or a completionist. Parents, please play this with your children from time to time as a handful of these levels are pretty insane and complex even for children ages 10 under to solve. Few levels especially the Forbidden Forest and dungeons become outright horror-esque game levels. Parental Guidance is suggested just a smidge.

This one isn't as good as the Marvels but better than Movie and World. I play the series with my wife and we play for hours. Wish they wouldn't have stopped Dimensions though lol. Over all quite fun and for a gamers membership of 20% off and the game only being $19.99 go a head and get it!
