Some reused assets from LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, but is a much larger game than that. The primary focus is on the Avengers movies, and the other movies listed on the back are very small levels.

My boys love this game as it allows them to play not only the characters from the movies, but also the "older" comic book characters.

My daughter enjoys playing. Has two player mode on shared screen which I like. Some things were tricky to figure how to move on but decent overall.

Kids liked the game but thought the original Lego Marvel was better - this one has too many add ons for purchase. Can't complain too much, got this for an excellent price from Best Buy.

Marvel and Lego fans unite! Great for parents to play with their kids. My 7 year old loves it.

A bit disappointed with this game. I have been playing the Lego games for close to 10 years and this is my least favorite. I do not care for the movement from board to board using the space ship. Just not a fan of this or the lengthy explanation of what character is needed to perform a specific task during the level. The previous games, and those since, simply flash a small icon of the character needed. My daughter prefers to play the other Lego games that we own, and not this one that we just purchased.

Couch co-op is missing from so many games. That feature is what makes it so fun.

Purchased this as a follow up to Lego Marvel Superheroes and it doesn't disappoint. This game actually is better! Great family game.

me and son love playing through our favorite character in story mode. we also like unlocking new character we never seen.

It's a great looking looking game though it is way to similar to previous super heroes Lego games..it even uses levels from previous games..

Fun, but hard to figure out. Maybe if you're an experienced lego player it's fine, but as never playing a lego game before, it's difficult.

My kids love this game but it doesn't feel a lot different from the Lego Marvel game that came out a few years back. If your kids like Spiderman or the Xmen then they're out of luck.

The main reason I bought Lego Avengers was because it was being advertised as an open world Lego game and my son loves Legos and the Avengers. However, the advertising is misleading and requires you to go through several levels to unlock a playable open world hub. Rinse and repeat until you finish the game and then it truly can be semi-open world. So I decided to run through the campaign as quickly as possible to unlock the free roam mode, however the game mechanics are so terrible that I really can't stand playing this. You go from literally mashing the same button or two over and over again, to trying to figure out these stupidly obscure puzzles. This wouldn't be so bad save for the fact that there are dozens of prompts and highlighted areas that draw the player in but require a different character to actually be able to break the brick, control the scanner, etc. And lastly, I have experienced glitches where a character is stuck in a corner and cannot jump or move out which required me to close the game and restart the entire mission. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because my kid does like to run around as a super hero. But I really wish I would have saved the money and passed on it.

this is better the last Legos marvel game. I was surprised and how harder it was to kill enemies than the other Lego games
