Great game but still very similar to others

Game locks up

I tried to download game from Xbox Live, but it couldn't since the disk was corrupted. I had to return. It took 6 weeks to get my game. I called and it seemed like it was dropped in the system. New disc will play but at certain points in the game, main characters will disappear. Weird.
