This is a game that I would like if I was just a little bit more creative. But I am not so I hate it and it's so very disorganized and has so many bugs throughout the game I mean you would have thought that them having it on XBOX ONE and PS4 they would have ironed out the wrinkles. Goodness I am mad I wasted my money.

Bought for my kids this Christmas and it has been a winner all around. Everyone from my 4yr old to my husband has found enjoyment in it. I love how Best Buy was the only one with this game that included two packs free. Seriously, stop considering and just get it already!

Got this for our kindergartener who LOVES Lego. Much of the gameplay/camera controls are a steep learning curve for someone that young - and the rest is a bit low for us adults. But it's been a great introductory game for controllers and everything for the kid!

My son really likes this game, he is 8, but he does get stuck at times and slightly discouraged. This leads to him putting the game down for weeks at a time and not wanting to play anymore. The concept is fun and easy enough, but sometimes placing the blocks just right becomes difficult because it's hard to judge the depth they are being placed at. This is his first lego game, so it may just be part of that learning curve, but he does get frustrated and I have to help him, or guide his thought process so he gets where he needs to be. Overall it's a fun game and as a parent, it's fun to watch your kid play and problem solve.

I got this for my son he likes the game , he never gets tired of laying it

This is a great game to play with you kids. My daughter and I love spending time creating worlds. The game as a plot to it so it is not like Minecraft where you are just building. Only downside is that some of the tools and controls are a little challenging to master.

review based on purchasing process and recommendations. Gift for grandson birthday in late March. Parents suggested this game for his new Switch system. Easy purchase at local store. Will update after grandson has a chance tp play this game.

If you like Minecraft and Legos, then this is for you. Super cure characters and lots of creative opportunities. Round shapes are available to build with. My 10 year old loves it. Not much as far as game play so far...

Got this to play some and also for my daughter to play it. The worlds and walk through parts are over all good. slow paced which is good for the younger crowds. overall i would recommend this for a time waster or for the whole family.

My son loves this game. He wants to take it to the next level with an online subscription to Nintendo. Maybe for Christmas, but for now, he can beat all the levels as a single player.

Purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It came highly recommended from my friends that she will enjoy it. I look forward to giving it to her with other fames for Christmas

This game is similar to Minecraft, but in a Lego theme. There is a lot of good things within this game. It is currently available on other consoles but decided to buy it again for the Switch. Looking forward to having fun with my child when it comes out.

Kiddo lost interest quickly. He ended up asking to trade it in.

My son loves this new game - he says it is challenging game with fun goals. It isn’t frustrating to reach the goals either. He’s 9 yrs old too if that helps anyone.
