Nice idea to hide the cords in the wall, but if your cords are 4-6' in length, they may not reach from one item to the other like they used to. If I had it to do over, I would go ahead and expose the cords on the wall, and find a way to aesthetically cover them with fabric or something like that rather than drill those 2 holes in the wall.

Purchased as an open box item, it is missing the entire in-wall portion, and only included the soundbar piece. Whoever checked this prior to reselling it is an idiot, and should be fired. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel to return this garbage.

This kit comes with everything you need for a easy installation right out of the box but, unfortunately this did not work out for me due to the distance between my dry wall and the exterior wall. make sure you have enough room behind the dry wall before buying.

I got this installed by geek squad and learned the power cable is waaaay too long compared to other products. I couldn't change it given geek squad installed the product. They zip tied the extra lengths despite this being a begin the wall install. It looks okay I guess but definitely not first class/low profile.

They sent out so many I didn't need any of them, Because I didn't know what they were doing I had to send an audio guy out.

Nice product but a surge protector would be helpful. Had to buy seperately

Bought it a few weeks ago and have not installed it yet.

As the tech was hooking everything up the challenge is that certain plugs and receptacles did not fit in the supplied molds. So, although the ugly is hidden behind the tv, it is still there because the adapter did not truly function as sold.

Wouldn’t work in my wall because installers concern over fire block in my wall

Would have worked great. The problem was the soundbar plug part was bugger than the soundbar. Didnt work out like I thought.

My wife bought this for me as a present for my office. Item delivered was an obvious returned item that nobody from the Best Buy staff checked. The set is supposed to include a drywall saw and a circular draw tool as well as its handle. Fish Tape was also supposed to be included, nowhere to be found. My wife felt terrible since this was a gift and the return period had already expired.

Solid product but too pricey for what is essentially a glorified extension cord.

Only got this because I thought I need it. It’s ok product but there are better options

I was sold this in the store with my Samsung tv and sound bar purchase. Unfortunately it cannot be used with the Samsung sound bar. The Geek Squad installers did it right with an alternative kit but I had to go back to the store to get a refund. Inconvenient and unnecessary had the sales staff been familiar with the products they are selling.

Volumn is not much difference as internal speaker. I would recommed getting the model with the base speaker

Don't get me wrong... The final product looks great, and it was exactly what I was going for. However, the installation was not as easy as some made it out to be, and I found the included tools to be quite cheap... which i suppose should be expected. Also, be prepared to have some zipties or something to take care of the electrical cords for your soundbar, and the TV...

I had to return this item because, unfortunately, it did not have enough space in the soundbar power outlet to plug my soundbar in. Also, there is not much room for flexing the cord around to change the direction of the outlet face. I ultimately created a false wall to make my entertainment center work.

Very easy to install. Looks much better than having wires hanging down from a wall mounted tv with a soundbar.
