Great product, comes with everything you need to get rid of wires

Recently I had Geek Squad install a 55” television on my wall. Right out of the gate I was getting suggestions for Legrand cord concealment products. The first suggestion I received was for a Legrand In-Wall Cord Concealment kit. I turned down this suggestion as I felt that it would be more conducive for my set-up if I had easy access to the plug-ins for cleaning purpose (I mean, dust is a pretty big enemy of electronics last I checked). That being said, my “no” the first time clearly wasn’t sufficient and I continued to be pressured to purchase Legrand products until I finally conceded to the notion that having some way to hide the cords hanging off my new, wall-mounted flatscreen TV was a must. Thus, the next idea was to use an On-Wall Cordmate III Kit to conceal the cords on the wall instead of running them through the wall. This probably would have been a better fit for my set-up but the quality of Cordmate III is so poor that there is no way that I would want to put something like it on my wall. In the package comes four 30” white channels with some couplings and elbows. On the back of the channels there is supposedly 3M tape for adherence to the wall. This is where I start to argue the quality of the product as the plastic it is made of strikes me as being rather cheap. Legrand claims that the channels are hinged which would theoretically be advantageous as it would allow for the cord concealer to be repeatedly opened and closed. This would be great for plugging in/unplugging devices if the hinge was actually made of quality material. However, all it consists of is a cheap, flimsy flap of plastic that looks like it would easily break if repeatedly subjected to stress. That was something that I just was not willing to take a chance on especially with the 3M tape on the back that had the potential to wreck my wall further if I had to pull it off. Personally, I think that if higher quality material were used here I would potentially be more inclined to use it (e.g., something potentially made out of metal, with metal hinges, and that could be screwed to the wall). What makes this item even worse is that it only comes in one color (white) which can supposedly be painted. I mean, even if it came in black that would be a plus as a reasonable amount of electronics are black and incorporating black on-wall cord concealers to a wall-mounted television could conceivably give the set-up a sleeker look. There is no way I can recommend any of these products. Other than repeatedly being pressured to purchase it this is a poorly conceived way to address an aesthetic issue and has the potential to create practical problems (e.g., being able to unplug/plug in devices) when applied. I do feel that the idea is good in general, however, until something better comes along I guess I am just stuck dealing with the cords dangling off of my new wall-mounted TV. That is the tradeoff I will take if it means I can at least easily unplug and move my devices for cleaning purposes or otherwise.

It’s a cabling track. It works as it should. It is hard to cut straight and clean though

this is wonderfull it stops my cats and dog from chewing the wires

The wire mold works well for concealing our cables between the wall mount position and the console.

This was a good fit. The only down side was I had to buy 2 of them. Also, I had to purchase a saw to cut it down to fit my tricky wall design.

While it works just fine to cover up the cords it’s not the cleanest look but it’s a fine alternative to putting holes in the wall.

All speaker parts are working well up to expectations.

This item was purchased but then returned we changed to wireless

It is a little pricy, but it works well. It is very versatile in the ways you can angle it.
