It should be longer. You can butt two together, but it would be nicer to either have them interlock or simply sell it longer and let the user cut to length.

Last year, I was able to comfortably fit 5-6 cables inside of the channel and it would latch comfortably. This year, I barely got 3 and it won’t close!!! They are the exact same cables. Very disappointed. Same price, worse quality.

Doesn’t look as good as totally hidden wires, but for a much lower cost, and much less hassle, it does what is intended; keeps the wall clean and uncluttered looking

The plastic sheet rock screw mounts are cheap quality, so I'd recommend using a sturdier option there, but the finished look is great and it's simple to take the cover off to add/remove additional wires.
