It is possible setting up voice match and lowering the "okay google" sensitivity will help with this. to setup voice match please open the Google Home app Google Home app.
At the top right, tap your account.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.
Tap Assistant settings Voice Match Add devices.
Make sure any devices you want to link your voice to are checked.
Tap Next I agree.
Follow the in-app steps.
To adjust the sensitivity of the mic please open the Google Home app .
At the bottom, tap Home .
Select your speaker or Smart Display.
At the top right, tap Device settings. ...
Choose how sensitive you want Google Assistant to be when it responds to you.

It comes with a few quirks but when it works it is great which is 90% of the time. This quirk that bugs me sometimes is that it loses connection to my wifi, I've tried both 2.4 and 5ghz both work the same way. It is very close to my router so range isn't the issue. I also love the fact that I can video chat with my parents 100s of miles away anytime I want. It does have a privacy cover built into the camera which is useful

There are a few things that could be causing your Smart Display to disconnect from your WiFi network. Here are a few things to try to resolve your problem: We would recommend that you make sure that your modem and router and working correctly by trying another WiFi device. If that works you know the WiFi system is working correctly. You can also try to just re -boot your modem and router (unplug them and then plug back in one minute.) If there are multiple devices on your WiFi network at the same time, this can cause disconnection too. If this still does not work, please contact our customer support @ 877-453-6686.
