The item didn’t work and when I took it back for an exchange the associate told me he couldn’t get me one from their distribution center and I’d have to go home and find it elsewhere in a different region. But I had gotten it on sale and wanted to know if I could get the new one with the same price. When I asked more questions I was given a number to call and when I finally spoke to a human in the correct department, they told me I was misled. That the item just doesn’t exist and the associate should not have told me to find a different Best Buy region. As all BB have the same access. Items can be shipped from other regions and they call look at all regions from the store.

If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team at 866-426-0911 for the next steps in resolving your isusue.
