My main complaint is that Best Buy only gave me a 14 day return window to test out this product and made such a hassle when I went to return it 15 days later. Their return window is incredibly short, not considering the state of things, even.

Speaker issues

Initially it worked as we set it up but when asking it to play music an hour later it would on screen respond but you couldn’t hear the music. After several attempts to turn on the volume and play music from different sources we decided to call service. The audio failed. After multiple factory resets and calls to Lenovo the only option was to return it to the store or pay to send it in to fix? Horrible customer service over the phone. I read other reviews that said they had the same issues. Glad I didn’t gift this.

Great idea, but Wifi connectivity an issue

I've just switched ISPs (from ATT to Metrolink with an eero), so maybe things will be better.

The Lenovo Smart Display supports many audio and video services, to name a few: Audio: Google Play Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, iHeart Radio, TuneIn, Spotify, Video: YouTube, HBO Now, CW, Google Play Movies & TV, Crackle and YouTube TV gives you access to up to 40 premium TV channels live. Some of these services will require an active subscription. "The Lenovo Smart Display works with more than 5000 smart home devices from more than 250 brands. It can control all home devices and gadgets featuring the “works with the Google Assistant” badge, and also supports Google Duo for video chatting to mention a few.

Worked great until it didn’t...

I would have just exchanged it but they had 3 more units on the return table. I checked the Lenovo site and it appears to be a common, unresolved issue. Would consider buying in the future if issue is actually fixed.

Fancy photo frame

Unfortunately Lenovo decided to limit it by blocking the use of Continued Conversation so you have to constantly repeat Hey Google for each and every question. I will probably return this and get one that works like the speakers do.
