The computer I purchased (refirb) was not at all good. I was told by one of your associates that it had been COMPLETELY gone through by your geek squad team. Keep in mind that I drove 35 miles to get this thing. I got it home, it wouldn't connect to the internet. Called the geek squad spent over 2 hours on the phone, still not fixed. Made an appointment with your geek squad, decided it wasn't worth the traveling I had to do for it so I returned it and explained to your associate as to why. He said "Oh" then rang me out. I will never buy another computer from your company EVER AGAIN!!! I had issues with my brand new in the box $900 computer I bought less than a year ago. Had to drive out 35 miles less than a week after I bought it, the touch pad doesnt work, buttons do but not the touch pad. It worked when I bought it and a week later it no longer worked. Your GEEK SQUAD told me that "it was not installed on this computer and for x $ I could have it back. I explained that it was there to begin with and he said its not now and if you want it you have to pay x amount. Should never have gone back to get another one.

Good laptop for school. Has other perks that I like. I like the speed. The picture is awesome. I love the whole bundle.
