She uses one an hour to two on a daily basis for light duty use cases such as email and web browsing. This seems to be a student grade Chromebook and is more rugged than the other brands she has had in the past. The screen size is smaller than what she wanted but the price at Best Buy, if you are lucky enough to snag one when they have them in stock, can't be beat. No complaints from her in the past 2+ months of ownership.

It was already set up and ready to start so she could get to work immediately. The screen is rather small, but we knew that. The charging cable fits in every USB charging plug which makes it a lot easier. As of now, we have nothing to complain about, it's a great "first" laptop.
