I had to get use to using App in order to work Microsoft features like on your cell. Some apps didn't function like they are suppose to work with the Chromebook which in turn is not allowing my printer to use all of its functionality. Overall it is okay. If had the chance I would have gotten something different that matched all my needs but Coronavirus prevented it because of the Stay At Home Directive.

Basic chromebook with not so good screen

It's good for google docs, word processing, internet surfing, and basic video chatting. The only complaints that I have are the screen and SD card slot (SD card sticks out - wish they made this a microSD slot instead). Not so good for watching Netflix and Disney+ on this screen. However, you can connect this Chromebook to your TV via HDMI cable or streaming in Chromecast, which will fix that screen issue. < $120 is a decent value.
