I purchased this item when I had to put my laptop in for service. Had planned on returning it when I got my laptop back. Decided to keep it. While it doesn't have Windows it does what I need to do(web surfing, emails, spreadsheets and documents). Bang for the buck? Absolutely!!

I’m blown away by the great features, speed and ease of use for Google Docs and other applications. It covers all the basic functions one needs for a great price. Would recommend for students and adults for documents, surfing, online transactions, etc. would definitely buy for family and recommend to friends!

We had to purchase two of these chrome books on short notice when school went remote last year. They have been remarkably durable and easy to use for our kids. One star off because after only about three months the charging cable on both devices didn’t connect consistently. It became I’m possible the get a charge from one of the cords and difficult to keep the connection for power if using the device while charging. It has to remain still once the connection is made in order to keep it charging. Lately, we haven’t been able to charge from either cord at all. We could probably request a replacement but I haven’t done that yet. It was good enough for the price but I had hoped they would last a little longer.

This is a neat little ARM-based 32-bit Chromebook. For most users, this will only be noticeable because the battery life is great and the price is reasonably low. With Android app availability, this platform seems to fit seamlessly in with the Google platform. As a developer, I've learned that the builtin Linux support on ARM is not quite as robust as with X86 based chromebooks. That's not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Build quality seems identical to HP and Dell chromebooks that my kids have from school. The keyboard is okay, which is a first-order criteria for me. Screen quality is really pretty poor. I consider both lack of touch and a matte surface perfectly fine. But wow, this screen is straight from 2005. Brightness and contrast are poor. Viewing angles are abysmal. Don't buy this for the screen. Overall this hits just about all the right points for a super-affordable chromebook companion.

Great little Chromebook for anyone who just wants a simple device for Web Surfing. Nothing complicated and easy to use, simple with quick no freeze applications. Wife's windows driven Laptop started acting up and I replaced it with this Chromebook. She loves it.

I bought this Chromebook for writing purposes. I like the size and weight. I'm having an issue with it that it thinks I'm on a public internet connection when I'm at home and keeps warning me about security risks. I'm still not sure what's going on with that.

Purchased this after CA closed down the schools due to COVID. My 3rd grader was able to pick it up and use it right away. We love it and I am convinced it will last us for a while to come. Glad we did get it due to schools possibly being remote in the future as well. Great product!

this Chromebook is very good for the price you're getting. It's great for basic work and school things. You can download Zoom and other apps from the chrome extension store or Google play, though the Google Play apps don't work so well on the Chromebook.

The wife was looking for a small replacement laptop to use for light weight use in bed and other portable activities around the house. The speed is what I was overall impressed with along with the ease of setting the laptop up.

This was purchased as a birthday gift for my middle school grandson. He was very happy with it and everything he needed was already loaded and ready to go. With schools closed for the rest of the year due to COVID-19, this has been a lifesaver!! Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing value! Can't play some mp3s on it but there's possible work arounds. Lightweight and small. Great in between if you dont want to use a phone or regular laptop. Can use google drive to create docs. Use it for a lot of school work

This laptop is great for my dad's basic needs. He is able to surf the web, pay bills, and play games all with ease. The screen and keys are both a nice size and it is very lightweight. He is very pleased and so am I.

Bought this for my 81 y/o mother to use for email, photo sharing and the occasional email. She loves it compared to the Widows desktop she had before. Easy and intuitive for her, less prone to malware, and really speedy given the price. A winner for users of any age.

Lenovo's offering for their lowest costing Chromebook is quite good compared to other competitors especially at this price point. Hard not to complain for a decent Chromebook sub $150 especially with how smooth Chrome OS is.

Love size, weight, how quick it's ready to go. Just having trouble with the new-to-me operating system but getting better by the day.

I like that it’s small & lightweight but is easy to use. It’s “settings” explains how to set up different aspects of the computer & when I bought a printer to connect to it the computer made the set up easy (the printer instructions were not helping at all lol)

great computer for people who are not computer savvy. My mom is 86 years old and has no clue about technology. This computer is simple to use and was a great price. Would highly recommend this computer.

It’s not heavy. Easy to carry it anywhere you go. It’s a chrome book and doesn’t need antivirus it has its own protection. I didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars for another brand with same quick features, specially if you have children

Got this to replace an older Laptop, smaller than the old machine but much lighter, easy to handle and the OS was easy to get used to. For basic online needs this was a perfect machine at the cost. I will buy another for the family once we are ready.
