Negative: -Only one USB port...so if you use a wireless mouse dongle, you're out of ports.

It is one of the best chromebooks you will find for the price. I set it up for my daughter and the OS is different than windows, and Mac so there can be a learning curve until you figure everything out.

She only needs internet and email so this machine is perfect. Only issue was learning track pad instead of touch screen but once she got used to it she has no problem.

Needless to say I won’t purchase this brand again. It was great for my 7yr nephew. But my 12 yr for school not for what he had to do. The 30 day trial of office wouldn’t even work.
