Only to find out that I had to purchase Word, but unfortunately city colleges offer and word products for free. Thanks god or it would have been a waste of my money.

Posted .This is a Chromebook. It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

Only lasted 8 months. I was refunded because it stopped charging and apparently had a motherboard issue. Wouldn’t recommend for everyday use.

It was an experiment to see how a really cheap chromebook would perform...The online experience is actually OK...What is really terrible is the screen, which is dim, has poor resolution, is very blue, and is only viewable "straight on." It is quite small and light, so I use it as a carry-on item when I want to travel light.

Posted .All Chromebooks do not have either a Delete Key or a CAPS LOCK key. Hit Alt + search (the magnifying glass or Assistant icon), the latter of which is in the place you'd look for a Caps Lock key. You'll see an arrow appear on the bottom right notifications bar and a pop-up will alert you that Caps Lock is on. 2. Tap Shift to turn off Caps Lock. For the delete function: You can use the Alt + Backspace keys to work as Delete. This means that simply hold the 'Alt' key and press the Backspace button, it would function as the Delete key.
