I like Lenovo computers but I could not adapt to a chrome book. I wanted a basic laptop basically for resume building. Google docs was a nightmare for me. Exchanged this laptop for a Lenovo with Microsoft.

It was an affordable deal but the frustration of changing the navigation style outweighs it's ease of use. The Chromebook has a few navigational quirks compared to Microsoft that don't work for me. Decent enough but frustrating enough to make purchase a Surface.

I bought 2 of these for my sons. One crashed a week after purchase & I went to Best Buy with the receipt & they basically told me I was SOL. The Geek Squad recommended downloading the OS to a drive & trying to reinstall it which I did. It would t recognize it. I attempted contacting Best Buy again & again I was denied. I tried contacting Lenovo & they also offered zero tech support. This is literally one of those cases where you get what you pay for. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

All new Lenovo 100e Chromebooks ship from the factory with an AC adapter/Charger included. We recommend first, you check the shipping box again for the charger, it may be packaged in a separate box within the main shipping box, then if you still do not find the charger, contact your local Best Buy for what your next steps should be. Loved what the reviews and the description had to say. Purchased this for my first grader who will be learning remotely for atleast the first quarter. The computer freezes in Chrome every time. Tried a system reboot and a reinstall. No go. Will have to return to Best Buy tomorrow and of course they are now out of stock. Disappointment.
