Junk don't buy - you get what you pay for.

Son used for a few months for school only and it was really slow and would keep freezing up. Finally after a few months it completely crashed and would not start up or reboot. Junk!

Not a happy camper !

It was an open box purchase so I’m not sure if it’s the purchase or the brand but it has NOT been a joy!

That was ok but had limited things you could do. It did not last even a year. Not worth the cost for repairs and warranties are no good. I truely dont recommend this for anyone.

One month in 1 of them have already crashed, won’t turn on, and has to be mailed to the manufacturer to be fixed. Pretty disappointing! I wouldn’t purchase this model.

Did not get the exact laptop I requested for.

I needed a travel laptop and this can't open anything I needed to use in the field.

Stopped working after 19 days

The Best Buy staff were kind enough to let me return it, even though I was past the 15-day return period. I bought a different brand.

Will not charge

I needed this laptop so that my child could participate in remote learning. I will be asking for a full refund. Totally disappointing.

Glitches bad when you watch youtube
