It was $50 off, which is awesome but even at the regular price I think this Chromebook is an excellent value. It fires up fast, has great battery life and is very sturdy. If you haven't had a Chromebook before this would be a great choice to get started. Also, it will receive updates until June 2025. By then you'll probably need or want a new one anyway. Buy one now!!

However, this purchase was necessary due to my children needing them to complete assigned work from school. The Chromebook work just fine for everyday browsing and for using Google based apps. My children have been able to complete their assignments with no issues.

OK Chromebook. Bestbuy failed on the free offers

I like the size, good battery life, screen resolution okay. There were several free offers advertised to accompany this purchase and none of them worked. I contacted Google, Lenovo, and Bestbuy for help with this issue and all they did was point at one another as the root of the problem. I never did receive my 3 month trial of Disney+ or my 12 months of Google one storage. Like the machine.....sorely disappointed especially at Bestbuy for no resolution to my problem.

I prefer using a keyboard when doing online bills versus a tablet. The notebook turns on immediately and has quick internet. The notebook is small enough to travel with and hold a few shows for remote viewing. The battery life has been about 6-8 hours per charge with lots of YouTube viewing.

We love it. It has decent memory, very simple setup, and is user friendly. Thankfully my 6 yr old was already familiar with chrome books and was able to complete setup on his own. It is much smaller that what he was used to, but he has adjusted to the size. We have no complaints. I recommend this device to others.
