Hough this laptop to use mainly for work. Its a nice small laptop, serves its purpose. The only fault I have with it is the keyboard, doesn't have a nice feel to it. I can't type right along with it. The shift keys on the right side doesn't seem to be place right. But over all it doesn't exactly what I needed it for

Good laptop, fast and a little heavy Good memory

Went to best buy in Knoxville tennessee to pick out a laptop for daughter. It was very busy during holidays and it took a little time before someone could help us, once e did the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. Was able to pick the laptop that met our requirements, and was out of there in about 20 minutes.

There are some issues with how long it will hold a charge sometimes, but all in all it is a nice laptop. It was bought for my 9 year old grand daughter; so if she has to keep it plugged in some days, she is not allowed to carry it around any way. It all works out, and the battery issue are getting better.

Bought this Lenovo laptop for my oldest daughter. She uses it for school assignments. She absolutely loves it. It's lightweight and easy to take along.

I bought this because I wanted a cheap laptop to take to school. I picked this laptop cause it had better specs than most laptops under $400.I mostly use it for web browsing. My only complaint is it's relatively low amount of RAM, but I hear that it's expandable able. So it probably won't be an issue.

Laptop is fine for general use but touchpad is not great. If using for mostly web browsing, streaming, etc, then buy a wireless mouse and it will serve its purpose. Anything more and you should spend a little more and get something better.

Our old laptop crashed and this was recommended as a comparable replacement for our needs/uses. It has been easy to use and faster than our older unit.

Good little computer for the price. Got it for my dad for simple online use and you tube watching...MORE than what he needs...Very light and responsive.

So far (just over a month) we have liked the computer. We haven't had any trouble and it was easy to set up. For the price, i think it's a great deal.

Bought for son for Xmas. Good basic laptop to do simple things he likes- play games online, do homework, edit his videos, etc.- everything a 10 year old needs in a computer. I do agree with other reviewers regarding the shift key being awkward... hopefully that'll be fixed for future models

My daughter uses this for her senior year in college - speed and memory are very good. Not sure if it would be adequate however it has met her needs.

For the money you can't go wrong. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to take it completely apart to replace the HD.

Probably my fiancée's problem but the battery stopped charging.

I bought this Lenovo laptop for my son. It works great for him just to get on the internet and do school work. This is not the computer I would use every day to work on. It's good for price and have had no problems with it so far.

Bought this as a replacement for an old laptop. Because of the price we upgraded to SSD and the memory. Couldn't beat the price with the upgrades. The 4 stars are because of the touchpad and battery. Touchpad is part of the bezel and doesn't feel great. The battery is part of the bezel.

This is a perfect entry-level computer. It was a gift for my highschooler. Speed, graphics and sound are good, and the price is definitely right.

I usually purchase Toshiba Satellite laptops, however local store did not have any this year, so I found a good deal on this Lenovo. The laptop is a little bulky but that's to be expected with size of screen. The mousepad could be a little less stiff---very resistant and loud clicking.

Lenovo laptop is light weight, easy to read big screen, works great, has windows 10 installed. awesome product, I'd recommend it to my friends.
