Price was good, laptop not bad but not good either. I liked the size and most everything about it but it was too slow and not enough ram. The worst thing about this laptop was the battery. Can not be replaced except by a technician. I figure in a couple years or less it will have to be changed and probably cost a lot. I have a dell laptop seven years old and have replaced the battery myself three or four times .Just snap it in and good to go. Got the batteries off ebay, pretty cheap too. I want my laptop to stay portable and not needing servicing for a dead battery. Better laptop only cost me $20 more. Best Buy has great sales right now

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the headphone jack on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default and leave my files and programs". Select this. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.
