Bought this computer for my mom. Used it just a little bit to help her get set up. Seemed to work great and it's easy enough for her to use as well. Needed to get something for her to replace the aging desktop in the basement.

Purchased this to replace a business laptop. So far it's working great - easy to use, lightweight, but sturdy. I hesitated to give it 5 stars as I haven't been able to try videos out yet but I'm confident it will work well.

I purchased this laptop as I needed Microsoft Office 2016 for college. I am very pleased with my purchase as well as the price. The only downfall is the battery as it seems to loose power sooner than my work computer.

Bought this as a lap top to browse the internet, check email etc... Speed is good for these purposes. To play a game on, lags a bit. For the purpose I purchased this, and my need for the product, the product is a good value.

Hubby has a had a few Dell laptops that did not fit his needs. He sometimes dabble in photography so he needs to edit every now and then. This laptop will fit hit needs, as the processor is much better than the Dell he had.

Overall, I like the laptop. My only complaint is that the placement of the right-hand shift key is not standard. It's half the normal size and set too far off to the right for those of us who actually know how to type (Traditional keyboarding, not merely the two-finger hunt-and-peck method used by those who never learned the skill). It's very annoying when you're flying along at 50+ words per minute only to discover that your pinky hit the "page-up" several times and now you have alphabet soup scattered all over your manuscript. I'm looking into how to reconfigure the keyboard to swap those two keys' functions so that the shift is at least basically in the right spot. I might not have bought this particular laptop had I realized this functional defeat in advance.

This is a good basic laptop does what you need but it feels cheap, its made of some kind of hard plastic and its the main reason I returned it other than that its good for basic things like itunes and streaming videos.

My first Lenovo was recently stolen. I bought this as a replacement and actually like it better than the more expensive one I bought three years ago. For me it is much easier to use and I understand more of the programs.

I purchased this laptop for home use. I've enjoyed it so far. Great discount price. My only problem is the speakers are very low. You can barely hear them. Other than that, I have enjoyed this product since first use.

Considering I'm a Mac user and my only online class didn't like my Mac for some reason, I decided on this Lenovo. It not only solved all my issues for my online class, but it turned out to be a good little laptop.

Had an HP laptop computer and this new Lenovo is much better, easier to use and faster. I love it.

I went into Best Buy looking for a laptop. I saw some discounted laptops to purchase that had previously been returned. Saved a bunch of money on the normal price and it runs great. Not sorry at all for the purchase.

This is perfect for a teenager to do everyday things and watch Netflix and work on school projects. 4GB is below what should be standard, but unless they want to play graphic intensive games, they should be good to go

Easy to use. Perfect size to take anywhere. Do a lot of typing, keys easy to type on.

I got this laptop for my 19 year old girlfriend and she's been using it nonstop since she got it. I can play The Sims 4 and other not too taxing games and it is decently fast and the battery lasts a good long time.

This is a wonderful laptop for 1/2 the cost I spent on previous laptops. Great speed and memory!
