She loves it! Programs load quickly, internet pages respond without waiting forever and the soft touch keyboard is an added bonus. She also loves that it has a key pad and a read/write cd/DVD which most laptops don't have any more.

It doesn't have the fancy bells and whistles but it works great. I personally do not need a laptop that can bend sideways, longways, back-ways or any other way. This is a great basic, simple laptop that works great for homework, note taking, gaming and other stuff.

I was worried at first the I3 would not be very fast, but everything I have done so far has excellent. Thanks to the Best Buy associate that assisted me. Even when I connect on a VPN it works great. And I am getting ready to buy another one for my daughter in college.

It was a couple of weeks before black Friday and it was still an excellent deal. The recent upgrades from Lenovo took a while to install but after that the speed and stability seems to have improved. Thank you Best Buy for having such knowledgeable staff.

Great price. Love the number pad and quiet keyboard when typing. Clicker is a little loud but compared to other loud keyboards I have typed on, not bad. Speakers were quiet, but fixed the problem by deleting the audio program that came with the computer. Computer reinstalled its default audio program (which was "high definition audio device") and the quality has greatly improved. (Also clicked "loudness equalization" under enhancements.) Great laptop for the price.
