I have a macbook and I bought this laptop just as an alternate laptop as I felt like I needed a Windows laptop for a few things Mac is restrictive of. It has worked out pretty well so far. Its best feature for me is its high storage space. Its worst feature is the trackpad works very slow and not very responsive (specially compared to my Mac). So I would recommend a mouse to go with. Other than that, everything else works pretty well and it would be a great starting laptop for someone.

does what I need it to. easy to work. Just turned it on and it was ready to go. Gets a lot of use and there are no issues.

Laptop is quick and fast. The speakers have very poor sound quality. It was on sale which made the low frill a good deal.

This laptop is great for the price, my only complaint is the webcam camera is not the greatest but overall a great laptop!

I love this laptop! I am not a huge technical person but I do like to surf the Internet. This laptop has great speed capabilities. My son plays League of Legends on my laptop and he says that he never has any problems with lagging. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I needed a back-up computer to my primary laptop, to be used especially for finances and home accounts. This on works perfectly for that purpose. Primarily used for internet, email, on-line bill paying, Word, and Excel. Has good internet connection and speedy enough.

I bought a laptop computer on this occasion. I have always purchased my computers from Best Buy and as with all the others, this was a very positive experience. I am not a computer aficionado, and I was just looking for a basic machine on which I could draft documents, search the internet and send and receive email. The man who helped me choose my computer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am sure he could have talked me into buying a more expensive machine, had he chosen to do so, but he focused instead on what my needs and wishes were. In the end I walked out of the store a very satisfied customer, delighted with the price as well as the item I purchased. About a week later I found the same computer advertised at a lower price by a competing store. I took my computer and my receipt back to Best Buy and they gave me a substantial credit - no hassle whatsoever. I wish every purchase I make could be this easy!

This laptop made a perfect Christmas gift for my 9 year old nephew. Good specifications and price for first computer.
