This product is doing what I needed it for, and for me it is just a learning process because I usually work on a Mac. Although I am learning gradually how to do the things that I need to know.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

The Perfect Laptop for College

During that time, we purchased this one and realized it's a better fit for him. Light, thin and easy to carry and store.

Nice for the price

The ENTER and SHIFT keys are in awkward positions and hard to reach. It took me several weeks before I became accustomed to reaching further than they are on a standard keyboard. Also, the charger is flimsy and easily broken. Replacement chargers are just as bad - not a good choice if you use this computer for business, but fine for using at home.

The keyboard feels kinda flimsy but the monitor is more the enough for its price. Con the battery life isn't long at all some time the laptop freezes up and takes for ever to charge. Overall this is a decent purchase for the price and does what it's intended to do browser and type up documents.
