Great laptop for all basic tasks

It has bluetooth and also a DVD drive which is pretty good for this price range. The keyboard is good enough. I was a bit worried about that when I read the other reviews. It is nice and responsive. The speaker sound is not so loud, but decent enough. Also it is nice that I got 6 months of free antivirus from Bestbuy. Overall I would say a good value for the price.

Came with some antivirus protection

Keyboard doesn't seem to be as responsive as my previous ASUS laptop. Was least expensive computer with 4K ram and 1TB memory at time of purchasing a replacement for locked up computer from a scammer offering to fix a virus.

Internet is slow ; I updated the wi-fi adapter driver and it is still slow . I am thinking about return it , unless I can figure it out how to increase the Internet speed . It is slower than older laptops , despite having a good I3 processor .

Posted .Slow internet speed is not a common problem with this device. If possible, try the device on an alternate WiFi source to see if there is a change in the speed. Secondly, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
