With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
Great laptop for the money

This turned out to be perfect. 6GB of memory is sufficient for all of my needs. The Intel Core i3 is powerful and performs flawlessly. It runs everything smoothly. The case is rugged. I did read about the placement of the shift key, but being a one finger typist for the most part, it has not been an issue. the only con is it is big. I wanted a laptop this size so it was not a surprise. Battery life is decent. I get about 3 hours. There is one big surprise. It runs so quiet and the bottom of the laptop does not heat up.

Switch from HDD to SSD

great computer for basic use
