This laptop is not as good as my old one which never required service in the 9 years I had it. I am glad I got the Geek Squad protection for this new laptop because I’ve already had to take it in for service twice in the 9 months I’ve had it.

Powerful machine, sleek, bit hefty, but not bad. Using it to run a number of programs that require a good amount of power.

This laptop performs very well for the price paid. Its awesome that you can get an intel i3 for this price. Its not the fastest laptop but its not bad for basic tasks such as reading emails and browsing the web. It runs cool and is very quiet. The screen quality is decent even though its not full HD. Windows 10 is great and much better than Windows 8. The laptop seems to be built pretty sturdy. If you are looking for a decent laptop without spending too much this is the one for you!

My employer (large bank) uses Lenovo and it was a good decision for my home computer. Great laptop at a reasonable price.

This is a great computer. I got it for college. It has more than enough features and memory to get me where I want to be.

I bought this laptop for my kids to use for their online homework, it works great for that, if you start downloading stuff on it, it will start slowing down, I am not a big fan of the clicking noise of the keyboard, but my kids don't seem to mind it.

The Laptop is excellent. However this is not a laptop for music. The speakers on this computer is not up to par with today's technology. If you want to listen to music you have to use a Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is very disappointing.

My daughter-in-law helped me pick out the right computer for me. I love my laptop. The only negative is the spacing of the keys as every other computer I've had or used had approximately the same distance between them. When I am trying to hit the right Shift Key, I invariably hit the PageUp key instead. I'm sure I'll eventually get used to it but my computer at work has the same spacing as my old laptop so it could take a while to get used to. Other than that, everything is good.

I've always bought a different brand & the last 2 had problems. So I bought this one & so far everything works perfect.

For the price of it it works wonderful definitely not what I expected I use it for school and at home work love it!

Good product for decent use at home connecting online and studying with good storage for files and multi-media files

I purchased by price and got what I paid for - I'm used to my work laptop which is much faster and able to handle my multitasking, but this one stumbles and lags! That's not to say it is a bad choice, it fit my budget and that was my priority.

Bought this item during a Best Buys 4 hour sale. It was a great item value. The computer is light and has been operating far better than others that I have used. With 6mb of ram being the minimum you require with the software being used today.

Bought this computer for my wife and she loves it. We have had no issues with it and have had it for sometime now.

Computer good value for the money! This was purchased to use for college. Programs are easy to use and work in conjunction with the Chemeketa Community College requirements. Fast download, picture quality very good and plenty of storage space.
