This laptop does everything it's supposed to do. Processor is fast and programs are very responsive. It does everything I need...email, surf the internet, create Word and Excel docs. Good choice for anyone needing basic computer services. May not be suitable for heavy processing like gaming (I don't know since I'm not a gamer) but everything else should be fine. About my only complaint is the tiny speaker. Most YouTube videos or streaming music needs to be turned up to the max in order to hear. if you need it loud, use the earbud jack.

I purchased this as an affordable laptop for my son, who also wanted to do a little pc gaming. He was excited to see that it already was set up for Steam, and really simple to download a couple of of games. He loves the laptop and I love that I could get him an affordable one, for his birthday.

I bought this for my 16 year old for Christmas to replace a Chromebook. Very fast processor. The I3 intel chip is very impressive. The 4 GB memory is something that we may have to upgrade later on but for now it's a plenty!! Needless to say my son hasn't put it down...well to eat of course...lol

I purchased this laptop to replace an older computer that would no longer run my daughter's SIMS games after an update/upgrade occurred. I went to Best Buy to purchase a computer that my daughter had picked from an ad. The Best Buy staffer recommended this Lenovo laptop as an equivalent performer for a lower price. So far, it let's her run her SIMS games well. She's happy so I am happy. I can't comment on the specs for the computer since I don't understand all those details. It works for what my daughter wants it to do.

It is really good and value for the price.The performance is also great. You will not be disappointed by purchasing this laptop.

I bought two laptops at the same time. Each for different purposes. This one is my fun laptop. I use it for my creative projects. This was an open box purchase. It is a great machine and the price was great. I have had no problems. I would have never known it was an open box item.

very light and great product for the money. If you listen to music or watch movies with your laptop the speakers are suspect.

It is an above basic computer that was available for a great price. It is good for basic emails, web browsing, excel etc.

This is a good computer. I use it as a backup one for having an additional copy of all the important documents. It works well. The build does feel a little on the flimsy side, but it's a $200 computer.

This computer is fast enough and has enough storage for my student's needs. It works great and I haven't heard any complaints about playing Minecraft on it like I hear when they play on my cheaper computer. Streaming videos works well and the DVD drive is a plus for us too.

This was the most powerful computer in its price range, which is why I bought it. It has a good processor and decent hard drive and performs great for everything I need out of it. I read about the short shift key online before buying and it was still more annoying than anticipated to get used to. But I did after using it for a while and it's not a big deal. The camera and speakers are pretty awful, but neither of those mattered much to me. It's a fantastic value for the money!

This laptop is well worth the money. The only con is the speakers, they are quite weak. Otherwise it's a great laptop.

I got this computer when my gaming laptop finally kicked the bucket. I needed a new computer, but couldn't afford the new gaming rig I wanted. This was an open box at the store and it fit what I needed. It can handle basic games like Stardew Valley, Hearthstone, and Pillars of Eternity. I would not recommend attempting any new triple A games though. My only real complaint is that it is a bit slow. The RAM is fine, but it has a hard time online even with only one tab open.

I was looking for a good basic computer for doing every day normal stuff like emailing and surfing the web. That is all I needed it for and the price was within my budget. Set up was easy and I was online in a few minutes. I agree with other reviewer's that the sound could be improved and the poor design on the power cord uses too much space when plugging into a power strip.

I bought this PC for a friend. He only gets e-mail and uses the internet. He had a PC that was verrrry old and was running very slowly. This PC is fast, and can do way more than he could ever imagine, but the price is right for his limited use.

I bought this laptop as my retirement present. Yay to me. I have had no issues with it, flawless performance. Easy to use and I love that I can use it as a tablet. I'm no longer a power user so, I can't speak to that aspect anymore. I'm very happy with it.

Purchased this computer as a replacement for my Vista laptop. Salesperson talked me into buying it. I like the screen size and lightweight feel.It takes some getting use to the Windows 10 apps and some I used for free, such as Google, have to be purchased. The keyboard doesn't have a great feel. Typing takes a little effort. My favorite is the screen vividness and colors.

Lenovo has always made reliable items. I had an older lenovo that lasted me 7 years! The average is 3-4 on the lifespan of a laptop so needless to say I was bummed when it finally died, this laptop works for those who need it for basic things. Windows 10 is a heavy software and can make the laptop slow. I personally installed good old windows 7 on mine and it is amazing! but if you need BASIC functionality and affordable price, this is a good purchase!
