    I got this as a basic laptop for testing and it did way better than I expected. Definitely a great notebook. The keys are responsive and typing feels great. Boot up is quick and painless and the battery, even with heavy use, lasts longer than noted at around 6 to sometimes almost 7 hours before needing to be plugged in.

    Get what you pay forWith this laptop. Don’t overload it would too much download stuff because it slows it down pretty quick

    After researching 3 months, purchasing 1 lemon laptop, we decided to try Best Buy. The customer service was beyond reproach. The laptop itself was far more than our son requested in quality and specs. The best part is that the price was well below our budget limit. We are extremely happy with the whole experience!

    Keyboard is low quality, the clicker under mouse track pad is difficult to click. Otherwise meets my minimal needs of going online to pay bills etc

    An inexpensive laptop that is very easy to set up. My only issue is that it set up with Windows 10. I am not a big fan of the tablet style set up.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. lenovo

    I got this laptop for my mother and her only complaint has been the volume of the built in speakers. Aside from that, everything is working fine.

With regard to the speaker volume, one thing you can try is the following: Right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select 'Playback Devices'. Left click the default device once to highlight it ( it's usually 'speakers & headphones' ) then click the Properties button. Click the Enhancements tab and put a tick in the box next to 'Loudness Equalization'. Click Apply to save the change and then click OK in all remaining windows and see if this has helped at all. lenovo

    The one annoying thing I found on this computer is that every time it is turned off and then on again the number lock button needs to be pressed.
