Had to put in a service request the first week concerning having trouble connecting to the internet. I still am having trouble with the computer blacking out while I am working on it and not "waking up". Have to constantly save my work although it does allow me to recover work when I start it up again.

It was reasonably priced and does everything I want and need it to do. I didn't have to pay for features I didn't want or need. Being a typical senior citizen, I do not deal well with a lot of the new electronic gadgets.

Also, using apps is a whole new thing to me for a laptop, but again, will take getting used to. I haven't had it long enough to really say much more. So far I'm happy with the purchase!

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
I enjoy this laptop, easy to use.

New laptop for son

The only issue is that I use a different anti virus software than what comes with it. I had to manually uninstall the existing anti virus because it was slowing down my laptop with two anti virus programs running. Beware of bloatware!

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
