As a college student the amount of work I do on a computer is a lot and I needed something that was cheap with enough space and was faster than my old laptop. I have no complaints.

speakers very low with most web content and slow

A little disappointing. I"m waiting on an alternative now. I'm not sure what to expect.I will see which one is better and send the other one back. If I keep this laptop , i will buy a set of cheap speakers so I can hear it when listening on web.

Has a large hard drive and Windows 10 which is great for the games he likes to download and play. Great price also.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Ended up buying this as because the employee recommended it. I hated it. Slow computer. Unresponsive mouse. The explorer kept crashing. I have turbo internet and this thing was still slower than my old toshiba.
