after about 20 days the laptop would not turn on. I tried draining all the power and then recharging but it did not come back until it was back at best buy. I guess that is where it wanted to be!

I reviewed multiple laptops in comparison of this same style and size. All others were a higher price with less quality. Laptop is definitely better than expected.

This laptop has been a great purchase. I have had no issues with it at all. The sound is not all the best due to speaker on the bottom but it works for me!

Appearance and feel is nice. I wish manufacturers would start using smaller capacity SSD instead of larger HDD. SSD is like going from dial-up to cable internet access, so they should make it happen at the same price point. Overall, good value.

This laptop has become very useful to me in being able to have all of my information at the the ready on a mobile device that I can take anywhere with me.

I was think for the price that this laptop might be of cheaper quality but I was wrong it is very good quality and has been a very good purchase

This laptop provides ample storage space for my high school student. It packs nicely in his back pack as well, so it really does the trick for his needs.

I got this as part of a bundle with an Xbox One. Really great deal and a great graduation present for my niece who will be starting college in the spring.

Wife loves it, keeps in kitchen area ready for checking recipes, news fb, etc. Now doesn't have to go upstairs often to home office. Great buy @ Best Buy.

The fact that they put a Dell power cord in with this laptop showed me there was little attention given. I sent an email with no response. Thankful for my local store. They didn't have to help me since it was an online purchase but did so.

Great entry level computer for a very low price. Good processor, good storage capacity, could use more ram but has the minimum required to run smoothly.

Was going back to school and needed a computer that was in the middle somewhere of the vast variety of computers. This one works perfectly for my needs.

For basic computing it's good. Let's get to what is AWFUL. The sound or lack thereof. I'm not talking gaming or hi fidelity sound for music. Just normal stuff on the internet. Seems to be a major flaw and others have talked about it. It is simply terrible. You must have it at 80 just to hear. It's that bad! If I didn't get a great deal on an i3 at just under $250 I would not buy it.I can't believe Lenovo allowed this to leave the factory with horrible audio. What a disappointment. If you don't need audio, it's not a bad laptop.

It's nothing special. I needed a basic computer for school. It's not a touch screen but it works great, especially compared to the one I was replacing.

Bought this as a cheap travel laptop, but ended up getting rid of it right after my trip. Super slow hard drive, cheap screen. For the price it was fine, but I wouldn't buy something this low end again.

I purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas gift to introduce her completing work on a computer. She loves it! Quality is good for the price point.
