Very adequate product does exactly what I needed it to do which was provide me with the opportunity to do word document

I use Skype quite often. The sound is so low that I can't hear anything. I could by a speaker but I shouldn't have to. I like the computer otherwise. But, I would not buy this again because of this.

It's not a gaming rig and doesn't pretend to be. But if you need a little more than web browsing, this is a good choice.

For an i3, 4gb RAM, 1tb storage, this is as barebones as it gets. If you can get it under $300 its a decent deal. It loads slow due to the 5200 RPM drive and has the power you'd expect from an i3.

It is nice model and complete value for what I paid. For day to day usage it is perfect laptop to go for.

I'm starting back school and I needed a laptop to do my work. This was a great deal for my buck. I'm enjoying this!!!

I'm not a tech person, but I thought I would've been more impressed by the device, but I'm not. Also don't know if it is normal for the phone to get excessively hot when charging, but it happens.

If you're looking for something for schoolwork or basic computing this is a great deal, will do most tasks and games but not quite capable of heavy gaming or running huge programs simultaneously.

It works okay but it's a little flimsy. It does what it's designed to do as a basic machine but you get what you pay for. No complaints given what I paid but not sure about Lenovo in the future.

Great value. For the amount of memory(1TB) and 4 GB hard drive verses price. It is an excellent home use computer.

This has been the easiest setup of a new computer I have ever had! Love my screen and the way it boots up so quickly.

Everything was exspained to me well in the store product works as advertised good basic computer for every day needs.

Works perfectly for what my daughter needs it for. She likes to take videos and play games on it. Really great laptop

great laptop for the price pretty of space for me. i use to have a chrome book and im way happier with this machine.

Wasn't as impressive as the HP I traded it up for. I guess I needed more storage than this is capable of. It wasn't a speedy to me as I wanted it to be. Once I started loading my stuff on it.

Bought this laptop for simple home/school use and it's worked great. Plenty of storage space for continued use.

Perhaps I received a poorly built model, but it was slow. My basis for comparison in speed was a computer that was 4 years old, mine was still faster than this new one and they had virtually identical specs. Windows 10 usually starts in a few seconds, while this took at least a minute. Everything about it just seemed slow, it definitely wasn't an upgrade from what my wife was using. I reset it back to factory settings and returned it to Best Buy in exchange for a slightly more expensive laptop made by a different brand. Glad I made the exchange.

Easy to use. Great product . Wasn't sure of the name but a guy at Best Buy said it's IBM which is good in my book

Great for her. just a basic computer toy for her. all she does is facebook, read emails & online banking

The laptop works wonderful. It does everything we need it to and and works exactly how the salesperson showed us.
