Overall Too Slow

In general this computer is fine for internet surfing if you are a very patient person. If you’re a millennial like me, 10 seconds to load your browser with two auto-load website tabs is just too long. The frustrating built-in mouse pad combined with the lag of the computer makes it very annoying to do even menial tasks like surfing the internet. If you’re truly on a budget, and you’re patient, you can make this work. I will be returning it for an 8GB RAM.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having WiFi issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 130-15 laptop. This model uses the latest version 5G 802.11AC WiFi frequency. Although 802.11AC is backward compatible to older b/g/n frequencies, be sure your router has the latest firmware updates from the router manufacturer's web site. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If you continue to have issues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

It is a fast, sleek looking unit and it is perfect for all my work and leisure files. The only thing I wish is that it had a DVD drive, but other than that, I love it.

Lenovo came from IBM one of the first PC makers and they make a great product and their service is second to none if you need assistance. Still have not had long enough to give a full product review.
