If you purchase this you should budget changing the hard drive for a solid state drive. With the new drive it is very responsive. Lenovo has great instruction online for changing the hard drive and memory.

Perfect Beginner’s Laptop For Teenager

We thought it’s a good deal as beginner’s laptop for a young teenager. The convenience of having one handy when doing research paper or group study.

Certain websites don't open correctly, it is very slow, sometimes it doesn't correctly switch from laptop to tablet mode, and purchases in the app store through Microsoft will be processed on my credit card, but will never download (the process of getting refunded took 3 hours because I was transferred 6 times because no one knew what they were doing when I called customer service). This was a waste of money, and I wish I did not hesitate and had returned it. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Great laptop for browsing

Those laptops eventually stopped working so we decided to consolidate. We are no longer in college, therefore don’t need a lot of bells and whistles. We just needed something to load pictures, check emails and use Turbotax. This laptops is perfect for that! Also “tablet mode” is nice for a change
