Excellent value for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Found this laptop as an open box deal, and it works perfectly and has exceeded my expectations! The salesperson insisted it would not run games, but it has run every game flawlessly that I've thrown at it. Great for multitasking or any other general use. Pretty fast for the price range, lightweight, and comfortable to type on.

A good upper basic PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the money, a very good laptop with decent processor, ample memory and storage for my second-year college student. Lenovo makes a good laptop in my opinion

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price is a good option. I don't like the Power cable where is but that is secondary. Don't have me any trouble in a week. Right know is working good.

Good Value Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is an efficiently working laptop for a reasonable price. Best Buy price matched a lower price which made it more of a bargain. Great for my kids!

For the price of $225 I will rate it a 5.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big screen. Feels very solidly built. Keyboard is pretty nice especially for someone that has bigger hands. DVD internal? Perfect for me b/c I actually need one. Video card is either too weak to handle very well a second monitor or my driver is faulty...which very well could be the case. I run Windows Sheild and a full McAfee which is prov overkill....maybe just use the Mcafee for the firewall (incoming) to cut down on the drain. I am used to running top end business laptops for my job and this is not one of those. But I still run tons of open windows and apps along with the 2nd monitor and use just about every orifice this thing has. 2 usb's and I think both are 3's, and HDMI, audio out, firewire, ethernet and a few slots for micro sdhc. check the specs. It lags a bit sometimes but I would expect it to shut down as much as I tax it for a budget laptop. Excellent laptop for a serious student that needs to run MS Office apps, internet apps, and good for a young boy or girl running not to intensive games. Not a high powered gaming laptop and not an Apple but for $300 or so new laptop I would say it is a great deal.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. This system should be able to support an external monitor. Be sure you are using Windows 10 drivers and your monitor is compatible with HDMI and 1366 x 768 HD resolution. The IdeaPad 110-15 has one each, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports.

Glad I purchased this laptop.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good value for the sales price. A little slower than I am used to, and don't like the screen fading when the unit is unplugged, but, hey, nothing is perfect!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the screen fading when unplugged, this is a factor of your current power management settings. You can change this in the Control Panel. Click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "Control Panel" in the search window. Select Control Panel from the list. Type "Power" in the Control Panel Window search box at the top right. Select "edit Power Plan" from the list. In there you will see settings for both plugged and on battery. At the bottom of the list on the On Battery side is a slider for screen brightness. Slide this to the same setting that is currently showing for Plugged In and there will be no change in the brightness of the screen when on battery. After you have made your adjustments, click Save.

Good basic laptop for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop, because of the larger screen size and It fit my budget. It is quite slow and laggy to get any real productivity done, but its what I expected for a $230.00 laptop. I would recommend you to pay a little more for at least a pentium processor. I will be upgrading as soon as my budget allows.

Great laptop but with limitations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great laptop for the price I bought it for @ $179 but it definitely has it's drawbacks with the bloatware. I recommend upgrading this laptop with an 8gb ram stick and an SSD to get the best out of it, the performance increase from it would be tremendous. This is okay for a student or a child but if you plan to do a lot of heavy browsing with multiple tabs and programs don't count on it. I am happy with my purchase though for the price per performance aspect.

NICE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my grand daughter . Her first computer. She really likes it a lot. Great for a starter computer. Priced right for under $200 at Best Buy deal of the day. No complaints . Lenovo is as good as my HP products and I think better than Dell. If you can get this for under $200 buy one, you won't be sorry.

Good computer for a computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good little computer. Light weight and easy to use. Only downside is it isn’t very sturdy and would be very easy to break.

Great Affordable Computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is great if you are on a budget. The A6 processor is not the fastest in the world. What I did is upgrade to a Samsung Solid State drive and the computer ran much better. Without the drive it ran quite slow and didn't respond well to opening more than 2 programs at once.

nice laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Lenovo 15.6 inch laptop is the first laptop I have purchased and so far has been nice to use. Was really tired of my sluggish tablet so purchased this laptop. Very happy with screen images on this wide screen! Was surprised that I could load one of my programs on the Windows 10 platform that would no longer work on Window 8.1. It had worked on Win 8 but not 8.1, so really surprised it works on Win10. The only problem is that it doesn't always work! Have had to reinstall it a few times, but it will continue to work. Only things I don't like are the weight (5-6 pounds) which gets heavy to hold on lap after a few minutes, but this has a 500GB hard drive with a dvd player/recorder on it. Then, the keyboard takes some getting used to. I don't like the flat keys and that they are a bit wider apart than my desktop's keyboard, which is 10 years old now, but I'm so used to it, I won't give it up till it dies! So far, the laptop works well. I am happier with it than I was without it. Only other thing I don't like is that this unit doesn't hold a charge for more than two or three hours.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. Be sure any programs you install are compatible with Windows 10. It they are not, you could cause harm to the operating system. This system weighs 4.85 lbs. The battery life on this model is up to 3 Hours. To extend battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.
