the laptop is consider good for the price. basic usage like internet and some small task usage... this laptop works well to gets you going. don't expect this laptop to run like ferrari...this is like a corolla, civic or accent..you get what you pay for..

The laptop works as expected, is fairly light, and quick enough for basic computer work (searches, social media, etc).

Bought this as a replacement for an Inspiron 11.6 inch 2-in-1 tablet. Bigger overall, with added features (e.g.; DVD drive, larger RAM). Cost a bit more, but got more functionality (...less the Touchscreen). Overall, I am a Satisfied Customer.

This laptop is great for what I needed it for. It’s a nice large screen, smooth running, and easy to navigate.

If your looking for a real basic laptop, this would be the one. It met all my need as a college student. Not too fancy but has the basic tools available to check email, write a paper and interact on social media. A good laptop to start with.

This laptop is easy to use and works well for a person that is checking e-mail, surfing the internet or word processing. I have no trouble or delays when watching Netflix or youtube videos. Overall a great, economic laptop for general use.

I bought it a month before Black Friday and now I’m repenting for not waiting. Price wise it is very good. Although it is lagging slightly, I think it could be product specific problem and not something generic. Overall pretty good.

I purchased this laptop after reading the customer reviews. Most reviews were positive. The price is very reasonable. So I took a chance and went to the store. I will say the sales associate was very helpful in clarifying questions I had. I got the computer home and it was very easy to go through the setup process. Been happy with the laptop ever since.

Works well for basic tasks such as web surfing and video streaming, would not recommend for intense gaming or video editing. Feels slow in beginning, as others have mentioned, but gets better if you remove some of the bloat-ware.

Good price, nice size screen. Works well. Only thing that I don’t like is if you break the charger you can’t just go to the store and by a new one. You have to find a special one

My wife wanted a new laptop she could take with her drawing tablet and for light gaming on steam. Runs stuff like stardew valley perfectly, the amd apu can handle most indie games well enough. Screens nice an big and the laptop hardly weighs a couple pounds. If she's happy, I'm happy.

This was a gift for a first time lap top owner. It's very easy to navigate and is very practical to use throughout the house. The ability to move from room to room has opened up a whiole new meaning of Wi-Fi, to the owner.

Bought it for my 10 year old stepdaughter... it gets her on the internet and her school's educational games. Gets her what she needs, keeps her off my machine, and was cheap enough to not break the bank. An overall win.

It's a great laptop for simple at home work. The screen is a perfect size and its easy to use.

Does not have all of the bells and whistles that laptops have today, but functions properly and is good for surfing web, creating documents, etc. A little slow sometimes but overall good computer for the money.
