The 15 inch screen is nice, though bulky and it’s not an LED so getting the graphics and display to look sharp aren’t possible (probably the worst I’ve experienced). It processes simple take, but I’ve only had a month and it already freezes every time I click a program. The ports are lacking and in the worst place located on the nott left side where you get 1 2.0’usb, 1 3.0 usb, Ethernet, and HDMI port. There’s a CD drive and it does support San disks. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone just doesn’t cut it for 2017-2018

Posted .This is an entry level, light use system. It uses Windows 10 Home 64-Bit as its operating system, which requires less than 2GB of RAM to run. This device has the latest WiFi capability, with 802.11AC connectivity. If your requirements fit this profile, this device is a good choice. Concerning the freezing you mention, be sure any programs you have installed are compatible with Windows 10. Also, if you have installed another 3rd party anti-virus, be sure to completely uninstall the 30-day trial of McAfee that was loaded on the system. There can only be one anti-virus program on the device. If both are on the system, this could be causing the freezing you mention.

If you have multiple programs and/or web pages open and you notice the system slowing down, close any unwanted programs/web pages to improve performance. The battery life of this device is up to 3 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. To improve battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Be sure you have no unwanted programs running in the background on the device, draining the battery. Additionally, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life. Also, with regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Super deal for a basic laptop
