I'm a gamer and this laptop can run most games like Skyrim and metal gear rising at 30 frams with medium graphics. It will work great for the office or at college

I bought this computer as a gaming laptop and it's been working pretty well so far. Only problem is that it can be buggy some times but only last a few seconds then you are back to doing your thing.

I bought this laptop as a gift for a friend. He loves it. He uses it for gaming and general use and hasn't had any complaints.

This computer is great for everyday use. I added a extra 6 GB memory to it. So now I have 12 GB. Windows 8 is slower than Windows 7 but I cannot complain to bad as Windows 10 will be released soon.

Plenty of space with 500 gbs and speed with 6 gbs of ram. Updated to Windows 10 with no apparent slow down. Great value for the price.

I have had it since June 16th and i purchased 3 yrs virus protector, and had a problem other night and chatted my protector and it was fixed in minutes.. great laptop for the price, lotsa memory..

I got this laptop because I felt it was time for an upgrade. Though I was used to Windows Vista Home Premium, I'm getting to know the 8.1 os. The computer does have some issues, but I believe in time they will iron themselves out. (At least I hope so).

This works well for those who need a basic, simple computer. Has enough RAM and such to keep the speed at a good rate. Sometimes the mouse pad acts funny but just getting a mouse should help.

I bought this Lenovo 15"6 Laptop AMDAD A8 Series 6GB Memory - 500 GB Hard Drive because my Toshiba was old. My friend recommended the brand Asus, but I did not like it. After using the ASUS for three days I decided to get a better computer. The Lenovo laptop is a great product. I work at home and it fits my necessities. I simply love it! Great product. Not a huge price. I definitely recommend it to a friend.

This Laptop is perfect for what I use it for. I often have multiple windows open and browsers going at once and it handles it well. This is a good low cost work computer. It is exactly what I needed. Only con I have, it's loaded with bloatware.

Very good laptop thin and lightweight easy to use could have done without all the Lenovo software baggage it came with but that was easy to remove so overall a good computer for the price.

i recommedn this to anyone looking for a good deal on a low budget. the 6GB and the big cache on the processor makes it a good runner,not the best but at 265 tax in is worth every penny!

Background info: I was forced to upgrade to Windows 8 before I ideally wanted to--I wanted to skip 8 altogether and go from 7 to 10--but my 7 laptop kicked the bucket and so I entered the market a little early. This laptop is so light in weight that I can hardly believe it. It's a slimline design of less than 1 inch in thickness and, even though it does have a DVD drive that adds a little bulk, it still feels light as air. (I still have my old laptop and compared the girths recently...Yeesh, the old one was so heavy!!) The laptop's weight aside, other features I particularly enjoy include the 6GB of RAM (a very important feature I had in mind while shopping) and the keyboard style, which minimizes the ability for crumbs and cat hair to get stuck in the crevices between keys. There are some features I don't like, but those are Windows 8 issues, not issues with the laptop itself. (I hate two-finger scrolling. HATE IT.) It's very easy for stubborn 7 users to switch to the 7-like desktop look and there's even a 7-style Start menu. I have to admit I'm even liking some of the 8-specific features I was worried about at first. In short, I definitely recommend this laptop!

I was looking for a budget laptop and this fits the bill. 6 GB of RAM makes this snappy and the keyboard is one of the best that I have ever used.

I recently purchased this laptop for my kids. She loves it. It's easy to use and does everything she needs it for school. I highly recommend it.

This laptop is great for basic users. The only issue I have is the keyboard. The space key rubs against the plastic and it makes a sqweeky noise. Other than that it runs smoothly. Oh the battery life is low. Last anywhere about 2-3 hours.

Picked up this laptop as a lightweight alternative to my other much bulkier machines. Good Value for the price Performance is excellent would rather have Win 7 since I do not require Win 8 Would like to have had a 1 THdd vs the 500Gb

For the price of $350 - this has been an excellent purchase. I use it daily for my work. I am an online customer service rep, I stream to my tv with chomecast. It does it all (simultaneously with no lag). Audio & video quality are mor than adequate fo my needs. Would recommend.
