This laptop is perfect for a kid, or a teenager, for homework, internet, and of course games. Even if not over the top, the hard drive, processor, RAM and video are enough for all these.

The internet connection was not very good, kept dropping. The mouse-pad had a mind of its own and not responsive. The laptop itself (A8) was just fast enough for what I needed it for but the above problems did not make it a pleasant experience. I took it back and got an A10 AMD after making sure that the mousepad and internet connection were reliable.

We wanted our child to begin experiencing his own computer for various reasons; the biggest one was becoming familiar with its abilities.

This is a good low cost laptop for everyday use. Internet and office Applications

We only use our computer to be able to edit and show my husbands pictures that he takes. He puts them on a calendar every year for our family members. This computer is able to do this.

I'm usually purchasing a computer; one for me and one for my son that graduated from JCPS. I have always received great service. Even great service with the Geek Squad/customer service area. Also I love the additional training for the tablet, etc. One time, I did visit the phone section and the service was very poor.

Not for gaming or heavy memory usage It works fine for basic browsing, watching videos. Bought it for my studies over 2 years ago. It is still working as expected.

My son bought the first Lenovo in the house. I was impressed by how it handles what he does that I decided to get one myself. It is the perfect size and at the perfect price for me.

We were looking for a laptop during back to school days for my high school aged children to use for research and writing assignments. The Lenovo has performed more than adequately.

This is a very good and solid computer. My only negative has been the Windows 8 operating system. I had to have it replaced with Windows 7 to be able to use the computer effectively.

The only thing missing is a touch-screen. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a good home computer or one for the kids.

Was going to purchase this item the day before Memorial day but decided to wait, glad I did. The prices dropped an $100. This is a powerful machine, lots of RAM, great storage, fast processor, great chiclet keyboard, great graphics, all around solid machine. For a Lenovo, it is all I was looking for and more!

Everything about the laptop is great except the keyboard. Lenovo seems to have a problem with their keyboards. The keys don't always work. They skip sometimes when you're typing.

This was a purchase for a new employee who is very pleased with the product. It works well with our network and handles all the programs we run. I would recommend it for an upgrade or as a replacement. If you are using it in a business capacity, be sure that all the programs you need can run on this machine.

My daughter saved her birthday money and bought this laptop. It's a great little tool for her to use for homework or just to chat with her friends on her favorite online network.
