Bought for my dad to replace older laptop

Great Lap Top

Its a breeze to operate and its screen size is perfect for viewing photo's and large spread sheets. After trying my unit out two of my friends went out and purchased one for their kids that are in college and they love it as well.

A nice reasonably priced laptop for a beginner

We traded a Toshiba, which had major issues with internet. The customer service rep at Best Buy was awesome, very understanding. I went in thinking I would get a hassle trying to trade, but I was in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. Left very happy!

Good Laptop for simple use

She didn't like the touch screen so much when she first got it but now she loves. Coming from me a (Mac user) this is a little more difficult for me to use but an awesome computer and a great buy! Highly recommend it!

Great Laptop!!!

I have always been an AMD fan...so the processor fit me...so I was looking for more RAM....HD didn't concern me as I have several externals.....all in all, very happy.....

Very Unhappy with this laptop

Maybe it was windows 8 that I was disappointed with, however it was what came with laptop. Mouse had delays and disappearances when trying to move. Seemed very slow to me. I returned it and will look at getting a faster laptop in future. Best Buy refunded me with no problem as was within 15 days of purchase.
