This computer allows me to do all of the above simultaneously with no issues.

It's quick enough for web browsing and word processing. It could be faster with a SSD, but at the price point, you're probably not going to find one with a SSD. Just upgrade it. 6 GB of RAM is better than 4 as well, so that's a bonus.
