Cheap Laptop with a lot of bloware

There are programs installed on the system that cannot be remove by a user with an administrative account. The laptop's A8 processor is significantly slower than my 2012 ivy-bridge iCore 7 laptop. The laptop battery management significantly lowers performance when un-tethered from the power supply. The lid design is poor. LCD screen cracked under compressive load caused by a 27 lb toddler standing on the closed case.

But was told only 15 day exchange policy,so now stuck with this Laptop. NOT a HAPPY CUSTOMER!
