    I have a Lenovo Twist which was a very good product, so I thought this G50 would be a good Mother's Day gift for web browsing and video streaming. I was wrong... despite the A8 processor and the 6 GB RAM, the laptop slows greatly if too many browser tabs are open, it doesn't multi-task well, and the pointer frequently freezes, requiring rebooting. I have verified it has all of the latest drivers and updates. Bottom line: good laptop for the price, but that's about it.
