    I was in the market for a laptop for work purposes, and everything I need to access is web based. I told the guy at best buy that and he recommended this computer. He recommended this computer over others, and I was thrilled because it was a few hundred below my budget. After owning it for a few months now, I wish I went with something different.... It is very slow and updates literally everyday! not to impressed with this device.

    Thin, quiet, and not so hot. The body looks cheap. Looks like rough plastic mold from a 3D printer (or maybe it IS made by a 3D printer)

    Best Buy replaced my laptop twice. The second one had a keyboard that did whatever it wanted to do. This one, number 3, is slow and sometimes still skips spaces that I know I typed. When I use the touch pad, I have to repeatedly hit it to get it to perform the task indicated by the cursor.. I added a wireless mouse and had to call the Geek Squad and then take it to Best Buy to get that addition to work. BB is helpful.
