Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a new computer and returned it one week later because the speaker wouldn't work and sometimes the mouse became unresponsive. I exchanged it for the same model and now two or three weeks later it also has issues with the mouse becoming unresponsive. I am especially disappointed because I bought a Dell from Best Buy in 2008 and never had a problem with it. It is still working fine but the Lenovo is frustrating in several ways.

Great Computer for the Price

My only complaint is when my printer runs out of paper, my computer stops talking to it until i restart the computer. I know it's not an issue with the printer because we have 2 computers hooked up to the printer and the other laptop never has this issue. My coworker bought one a month after me.
