I have had it for 5 weeks, started using it 3 wks ago. Called best buy and the girl told me it was too late to return. And that i could PURCHASE a program so geek squad could restore and clean out! Really! I just spent money buying this! Last time ill purchase anything from best buy. I get better customer service at walmart!

Worst computer I have ever owned.

It requires a password, which I feel isn't necessary. The pointer freezes and I have to restart the computer at least once a day.. When typing, the keyboard keys either skip or repeat constantly. Very frustrating. Even typing this review was difficult with all the corrections needed.

Great laptop

This is annoying. The other gripe is that it has an overall surface that holds fingerprints. no other complaints price was right.
